No! All of our charters are booked as a private group charter. Your group will be the only ones onboard for your hourly rate. You can have up to 8 guests on our watersports boat or 10 on our pontoon. Whether you bring out 1 person or a full boat, this will not change the pricing.
Yes! We can do dockside pickup on Bantam lake free of charge. When booking please make a note of this with specific address and dock description.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. No shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged for their appointment. We are often booked solid and last minute cancellations take away boat time from others who could have gone out.
A $20 service fee applies to reschedule or cancel appointments once booked.
Weather policy:
– If severe weather or heavy rain is expected we will do our best to reschedule your appointment for another day and you will not be charged. Please note, all weather decisions are made the day of appointment as the forecast can change frequently and we like to keep an eye on the live weather radar. We still go out if it is cool or lightly raining and only close our operation temporarily for severe weather.
